I was kept informed by email at each stage of my order and on the final email on dispatch I was given the tracking number so I could see where my order was. Communication and delivery were both very good.
Unfortunately I had to return the side tables, one was slightly damaged & they didn't really fit our space.
The return process was quick & easy, the money was back in my account 2 days after it was picked up.

Very good company to deal with, we bought a small bathroom cabinet and the quality is very high, much better than I was expecting for the price, not your average high street stuff, this is real high end, plus quick delivery. Couldn't have asked for more.

First experience buying furniture from the Futon Company and being unable to visit a showroom, I had to rely on checking out the reviews from other customers. I ordered a side table and a very practical small fold half moon table as space in my room is restricted.
Both items are beautiful and very good...
