Bought a bed in a bag and carried it across London on the bus..surprisingly lightweight. So I was very pleased that the mattress is very comfortable so definitely good for my granddaughter staying over, and I might use it myself at a festival or two . ????

Staff were really helpful. The futon soda beds are comfortable as sofas, haven’t tried sleeping on them yet but the mattress seems good quality and they are certainly big enough and sturdy enough to sleep on. Delivery was flexible and the heavy packages were carried upstairs for us.

There were a few issues with the online order and delivery. These were dealt with by Lisa, store manager at the Edinburgh Lothian road shop.

Very helpful both in the Bristol store and also ordering online. Great customer service too as one small item was damaged and it was really quick and easy to call up and get a replacement sent. Love the products, and am very happy with the look and quality of everything I bought.

We took delivery of the Rondo Single Seater sofa bed this week- a beautifully made piece of furniture but struggled to put it together- a combination of us not being very practical and instructions that were not very clear. In desperation we ‘phoned the Norwich store and spoke to Patricia and Archie....

Staff at the Plymouth Futon Shop couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to choose the Futon that was right for me. Delivery was also straightforward - I was able to change the date by simply sending a text and my Futon arrived next day! I have to say, I would have liked the assembly instructions...

I ordered one smallish bedside 9 (or other) table. It arrived on time with all the necessary bits an pieces, screws, allen key etc. The instructions were clear. I was so pleased that the narrow little chest of drawers was ready assembled. It fits so well into my bathroom and is so useful. The oak sofa desk with a drawer is beautiful, more stylish and practical than a side table, and the perfect height. I love it!
