This is the first time I have used this company to order from and I was pleasently surprised. I was kept informed by email at each stage of my order and on the final email on dispatch I was given the tracking number so I could see where my order was. I ordered it quite late one evening and it arrived the next day. Fabulous service, the driver even helped me up the stairs with it. I had a futon from you previously and was worried that a new one would be too much of a change. How wrong I was, I’ve slept like a child ever since it arrived.
