The website is easy to use . More importantly the quality of the product is excellent. The packaging is very good with no damage to the sofa bed at all . This is the first time I have used this company to order from and I was pleasently surprised. I was kept informed by email at each stage of my order and on the final email on dispatch I was given the tracking number so I could see where my order was. Prompt dispatch and delivery of items. Both the four tray oak caddy and the free-standing loo roll holder were easy to put together and look great in our new downstairs loo. Solid-feeling with a decent heft to them, very happy with my purchase and the service from Futon Co.
