Staff at the Plymouth Futon Shop couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to choose the Futon that was right for me. Good value and quality product. Easy to order online and collect in store. Store staff very helpful. Installation a little fiddly but overall no issues. Very comfy sofa.

We bought a stool. We found we no longer have the ability to assemble flat-packs. We learned from the website that Futon now offer assembly. We arranged a taxi to take the pack to the York shop. The manager was standing outside to swap it with an assembled stool !

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar.
