Recommend! We bought a moonrise double standard bed base. The quality of the surface and wood itself is really great, and visually lightweight which is great for small space. Setting it up was also easy, just a few screw hold didn’t match 100% accurately but still works fine. Would definitely recommend....

The item I bought came as flat pack which was not what I expected so when I contacted the shop the manager was most helpful and offered to come to my house and put it together for me. He arrived the next evening and kindly sorted everything out very quickly. Would recommend the futon shop to everyone.

Only second time shopping here first in shopped in the solihull shop, second on line and both experiences really good.
Well made items of furniture and like the choice.
And love the cushions and designs.
The shop assistance are really nice friendly and polite. All in all good shopping experience

We got a futon mattress for my mum as she was in constant pain in her lower back. She had this pain for a number of years. As soon as she started using the futon mattress, her pain went. Initially a small piece of wood arrived broken. Having phoned the company when we unpacked our purchase they responded immediately. A replacement arrived within 2 days…. Amazing & customer service so helpful.
The wardrobe went together like a dream unlike any other self build furniture I have had....

We went to the Cambridge Futon shop a
nd spotted the small nest of tables with drawers. We came home and ordered it online. The tables arrived and they have been perfect. The look nice and are functional with the drawer storage.

Riikka was very helpful.and informative in the East Sheen store and instilled confidence in the Trundle bed and futon sets we bought. Follow up process was smooth and quick, and the two man delivery team were also exceptionally efficient.
