Great customer service at the Sheffield store and online, delivery communication also very good. The bed is really nice and looks fab in the space. We added the long bolster, which looks great, but bought in store so we could see the colours better.

Staff at the Plymouth Futon Shop couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to choose the Futon that was right for me. The service at the futon company was great.
In the delivery process one of the item was missing. When I required about it the staff was so good that they dispatched the item without any problems.

Great set of "leaning" shelves. Fits perfectly in bathroom with mix of wooden frame and white shelves. Easy to build - 10 minutes or so and solid. Recommended. Probably my fifth or sixth piece of Futon Company furniture, won't be my last.
