Staff were really helpful. The futon soda beds are comfortable as sofas, haven’t tried sleeping on them yet but the mattress seems good quality and they are certainly big enough and sturdy enough to sleep on. Delivery was flexible and the heavy packages were carried upstairs for us.

The products are minimalist and functional, with small details thoughtfully considered. Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar.
