Bought a ladder dressing table, which is great quality and is really well designed for a small space. There was a slight defect with the mirror and customer services (Rosie) couldn’t have been more helpful. Sent a replacement out really swiftly and so all resolved very quickly.

Buying and collection worked well. The three leg side table was value at £25 but needed the legs to be rubbed down and revarnished. At full price the side table would have been returned.

Futon could keep the furniture in storage until I was ready to receive it. They added an additional piece of furniture over the phone and sent link for payment instantly.
