These are seriously quality pieces of furniture. Lovely wood with a great sheen and the two different styles really complement each other. Easy to assemble and they look fantastic in a small space. We bought a stool. We found we no longer have the ability to assemble flat-packs. We learned from the website that Futon now offer assembly. We arranged a taxi to take the pack to the York shop. The manager was standing outside to swap it with an assembled stool !

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. Great product. Finally a sofa bed that's comfy as a sofa and a bed. Build quality seems good so far (1 month in). I have it permanently with one arm down like a day-bed, super comfy to lounge on and decent occasional bed option for guests.
