Okay - info and delivery all good - the coffee table is really nice. It's the stools that got me to bother to write a review. Bought 2 Counta stools from you. I am embarrassed about just how happy I am with them - they are gorgeous.

Ordered online. Informed of delivery time, phoned when on way. Helpful delivery staff brought heavy furniture in.
Oak flat pack was well made and strong. Better than other companies flat packs that we have bought in past.
Easy to assemble.
Looks nice in hallway. Would buy from there again.

Items brought were generally good quality. Where there was a slight fault with one item. The store staff were responsive and helpful to resolve the issue.

Lovely staff at Guildford. Rosie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The sofa arrived a little later than advised. Also a little more difficult to assemble than advised.
We got there in the end and would suggest a better drawing.

Originally, the futon was going to arrive later than the promised delivery window, but Customer Support fixed this and it arrived in time. The Futon is lovely - good quality and thick cosy mattress. I had to sew handles on the sides of the mattress which is almost impossible to lift and manipulate without...

I have bought two items from Futon; a futon sofa bed and a lamp. I love both of them! The sofa bed looks fabulous, is really comfortable, and fits so well with the rest of my furniture. Love the designs and perfect quality! Always wait for a clearance sale to get fair prices (otherwise its an expensive brand). You can purchase at stores and ask to ship home - which is awesome bc you get to try the furniture before buying (and help the local stores to stay in business).
