Service in the Leeds store was, as usual, exemplary.
The delivery was delayed but I was kept informed and the alternative date was achieved on time.

Staff members in Leeds are all very helpful. We called in Leeds branch, last weekend. We were assisted by Chelz, who has excellent customer service skills. Bought a ladder dressing table, which is great quality and is really well designed for a small space. There was a slight defect with the mirror and customer services (Rosie) couldn’t have been more helpful. Sent a replacement out really swiftly and so all resolved very quickly.

Rosie in the Guildford store was very helpful in making our decision on which futon sofabed to buy - frame, futon, cover etc.
Delivery was quick and self assembly was good - after we studied the instructions several times!
The comfy futon really is comfy and the sofabed looks fabulous. Highly recommended...
