Futon were very good when I ordered the wrong size Tatami mattress. They came and collected it and delivered the right size, which I paid separately for, I am now just awaiting my refund.

I have spent god knows how much with the Futon Company over the years. Their items are stylish, sturdy, and of good quality and value.
