Buying and collection worked well. The three leg side table was value at £25 but needed the legs to be rubbed down and revarnished. At full price the side table would have been returned.

Lovely piece of furniture and we were kept informed to enable collection. Assembly was reasonably straightforward. Would like to have had deeper drawers.

Received leaning desk and although tricky to assemble alone, was clear to read instructions. 2 parts were damaged, however, the customer service was very fast in responding and sending out replacement parts.

We have guest staying over who frequently have laptops with them. Our guest room is too small to contain an ordinary desk, so the drop-leaf console has turned out to be an excellent solution. I’m delighted with it.

Communication and delivery were both very good.
Unfortunately I had to return the side tables, one was slightly damaged & they didn't really fit our space.
The return process was quick & easy, the money was back in my account 2 days after it was picked up.

Staff were really friendly and approachable. We were given helpful advice about Futon mattresses and cover fabric choices. Staff product knowledge was excellent. This was our first time of Futon. We bought a bed frame here, and my husband and I were very pleased with it! The quality was excellent. It’s getting harder to find the product with reasonable price and with good quality. But Futon makes it happen!
