I have spent god knows how much with the Futon Company over the years. Their items are stylish, sturdy, and of good quality and value. What made my experience great? In a word Catherine! Went to the Kingston store on the 22nd October, she was helpful, kind and professional. Had to check I'd be able to get someone to assemble before buying, she printed out the potential bill then helped me later over the phone ,to pay (elderly technophobe!)...

Lovely staff at Guildford. Rosie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The sofa arrived a little later than advised. Also a little more difficult to assemble than advised.
We got there in the end and would suggest a better drawing.

Very happy with our futon from this company. It is excellent quality and at a very good price - especially as we got it during a sale. The delivery charge for two men in a van was reasonable too, as we live out in the wilds of west Wales.

I shopped in store and was advised extremely well by a very gracious member of the team.
My first night on my new futon mattress left me with a bit of a face ache in the morning because I had been smiling in my sleep. It's preposterously comfortable.

Great value and service. A very efficient service. My order arrived when expected and the shop kept me updated about when I could collect it. Always pleased with the quality and value of what I buy, and the people in the shop are so helpful and welcoming.
