I had to order by phone -very helpful service. Quick and efficient delivery service and excellent quality. I've had two Twingle oak sofas in daily use for at least ten years -upgraded them with new covers and under drawers. Perfect!

We bought 2 tables from the Leeds shop and took 1 back to the Edgbaston shop. The staff at both were very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again or to recommend them to others - 5* service ????

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of products purchased as they are for overnight guests so they have somewhere more comfortable to sleep than a blowup bed. The lofa sofa is so comfy and the bed in a bag is perfect for unexpected guests. Very happy that I made the decisio to shop at the futon company.

Okay - info and delivery all good - the coffee table is really nice. It's the stools that got me to bother to write a review. Bought 2 Counta stools from you. I am embarrassed about just how happy I am with them - they are gorgeous.

Lovely small tables, look well made. Solid wood and quite heavy. Well packed.
It was easy to change the delivery date with the delivery company and tables arrived on the correct day.

Great delivery. Great furniture. A bit tricky to put together. Needed 100% attention and tools not included in the packet. Instructions not as clear as those from Ikea. But products once assembled are sturdy and beautiful.

Lovely staff at Guildford. Rosie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The sofa arrived a little later than advised. Also a little more difficult to assemble than advised.
We got there in the end and would suggest a better drawing.

I bought a washing basket but unfortunately the stitches were loose . I have emailed customer service and they sorted out quickly. Hopefully the replacement will be fine as I really like it and it fit perfectly in my laundry room
