I always go to the Oxford store because the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, with all the sofa and bed combo’s it can get quite confusing and they make it much simpler.

Website advises order will take 3-5 days. Once purchased, advised it will be almost a month before delivery. It is for a birthday.
I have rung their contact number 4 times without anyone picking up, and had no responses to emails yet.
Update: They have now made contact and agreed to send out several...

We visited the Finchley road branch on Saturday. Jermaine looked after us for over one hour so we could try the sofa beds first hand and make a well-informed choice. We already have several futon items at home and we've been impressed by their quality. We ended up purchasing a wonderful haiku 2 seater...

Futon is so solid. Very high quality. Easy to assemble (as long as you can lift the parts!) best sofabed mattress we ever had (went for the top spec one). Family have commented how comfortable it is.

The assistant in Norwich was very helpful and patient with us. The 2 items ordered arrived on time with no problems. We are very pleased with the furniture.
