Advice in shop was very good and staff very friendly.
Delivery company telephoned to check availability for delivery, then delivered when agreed. They put the futon in the room we requested.

Staff were really helpful. The futon soda beds are comfortable as sofas, haven’t tried sleeping on them yet but the mattress seems good quality and they are certainly big enough and sturdy enough to sleep on. Delivery was flexible and the heavy packages were carried upstairs for us.

There were a few issues with the online order and delivery. These were dealt with by Lisa, store manager at the Edinburgh Lothian road shop.
Lisa gets full credit for turning the situation around and being so polite, lovely and professional in the process. Absolutely full stars.

I am very pleased with the side table I ordered - it is just what I needed beside the sofa.i am delighted with the quality. Delivery was quick and I was able to assemble the table fairly easily. There was no tracking however or updated delivery communication and the parcel was left outside my door.

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.

The staff in Tottenham Court Road were really helpful and display a great attention to detail. I was served by an Italian gentleman who kindly made a carry case for me to comfortably carry the products I purchased by hand. I was so pleased that the narrow little chest of drawers was ready assembled. It fits so well into my bathroom and is so useful. The oak sofa desk with a drawer is beautiful, more stylish and practical than a side table, and the perfect height. I love it!
