Futon is so solid. Very high quality. Easy to assemble (as long as you can lift the parts!) best sofabed mattress we ever had (went for the top spec one). Family have commented how comfortable it is.

Easy to make and a great end product.
Solid frame and good quality cover fabric on this comfy sofa bed.
Clear instructions made this a straightforward job for a small middle aged woman! The hardest part was getting the cover on the mattress!

A good level of information was provided by the Futon Company and the Courier as to when the delivery was to take place. The products were delivered within the specified delivery window, and the courier was friendly...

Advice in shop was very good and staff very friendly.
Delivery company telephoned to check availability for delivery, then delivered when agreed. They put the futon in the room we requested.

Have the sofa bed set up for about 1.5 weeks now, so far I'm happy. Quality is good so far, real wood.
Only when I assembled it by myself, I found it a bit hard, I was about to give up cos the fishbones were so difficult to put together. Then I tried again and did it! Instruction pictures were not toooo...

Staff were really helpful. The futon soda beds are comfortable as sofas, haven’t tried sleeping on them yet but the mattress seems good quality and they are certainly big enough and sturdy enough to sleep on. Delivery was flexible and the heavy packages were carried upstairs for us.

There were a few issues with the online order and delivery. These were dealt with by Lisa, store manager at the Edinburgh Lothian road shop.
Lisa gets full credit for turning the situation around and being so polite, lovely and professional in the process. Absolutely full stars.

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

Another super comfortable futon from you! It's the 3rd futon we've had from you in 25 yrs. The delivery was after the scheduled time, but that's no big deal for me.
