Riikka was very helpful.and informative in the East Sheen store and instilled confidence in the Trundle bed and futon sets we bought. Follow up process was smooth and quick, and the two man delivery team were also exceptionally efficient.

The futon shop was small but well laid out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Information, delivery change of fabric and extras all explained clearly and honestly.
