Easy site to order from, lovely ladder bookshelf in real wood, had £20 off at time of purchase. Easy assembly took about an hour for one person, would have been quicker with two. Dispatched within a couple of days and tracked delivery with regular delivery times and two chances to change to another...

Ordering and delivery of the bed base from the Futon Company was straightforward and efficient. The bedbase itself is exactly what I was looking for- simple design and good quality.

Riikka was very helpful.and informative in the East Sheen store and instilled confidence in the Trundle bed and futon sets we bought. Follow up process was smooth and quick, and the two man delivery team were also exceptionally efficient.

The customer service at The Futon Company in Edinburgh has always been fantastic. I was struggling with back pain from an expensive mattress, but after purchasing one of their futons with a firm side, I've noticed a significant improvement.
