Welll I ordered easily on line, had the goods shipped to a shop where they were ready, wrapped to be taken away. Easy. The staff are very pleasant and efficient.

I needed a sofa bed that I could get in my cellar and the Futon pagoda was perfect. The sofa was easy to put together but you do need two people. Very happy with how it looks and the sales person in the Muswell Hill shop was very helpful.

Lovely folding mattress , excellent design features such as the Velcro tabs and such nice material! Well made and sturdy design. I haven’t tested it yet but it looks and feels comfortable. Could double up as extra seating like a pouffe!

Lots of lovely things to choose from at great prices. It was very straightforward to order a couple of items online to collect from the Leeds store. I think all the staff who work in the Leeds branch deserve a big shout out as every single time I go in they are

The furniture is beautifully made, and although it's not as cheap as some others, we feel that we've bought something that will last, and stay attractive.
The staff in the shop were helpful in letting us see exactly what we wanted, including how it opened, and gave us the time we needed to make a decision....
