This is the first time I have used this company to order from and I was pleasently surprised. I was kept informed by email at each stage of my order and on the final email on dispatch I was given the tracking number so I could see where my order was. Very neat and attractive little desk, with a nice light wood finish, ideal for a small room. Seemed quite straightforward to assemble, and so far seems pretty sturdy. Pleased with my purchase!

Communication and delivery were both very good.
Unfortunately I had to return the side tables, one was slightly damaged & they didn't really fit our space.
The return process was quick & easy, the money was back in my account 2 days after it was picked up.

Nicola was helpful, as ever, telling us about various pieces of furniture. We bought an ex-display Hannei (?) open wardrobe which Nicola kindly dismantled and securely packed for us, which made transporting it home much easier.

Absolutely great. Thrilled to bits as I have been looking for another plant manger to match the one bought years ago. It was no dearer than my first purchase and delivery free and next day.

Went into the Futon shop in York whilst on a short break. Saw the item we wanted but because of its weight and size we had it delivered to our home address. The shop assistant was very helpful and arranged everything for us. The item was delivered on time a few days later. Very pleased with what we purchased...

What I valued most with Futon Company was their customer service. I wanted to schedule a delivery as close as possible to another delivery and they were willing and able to try & accommodate that. The desk is also exactly as expected and good value for money.
