Everything very good!
I am hopeless with online matters BUT I ordered a mattress in the sale and the website and subsequent service were excellent. The product was described clearly, payment process was smooth and the delivery was far quicker than I had expected. The mattress has already proved invaluable....

It’s not about the issues I had with my 3rd order but how supportive and resolvable were Futon Team actions. And they were amazing fixing errors by their delivery supplier. Great bed frame for a great price. Really stable and good quality frame and boards. Delivered to the store and the staff very kindly helped me put the boxes in my car.

Customer service was fabulous. I order my small tables with the understanding they would a wee while. On check on delivery, futon were great and responded quickly and kept me up to date. The tables arrived, were assembled and put in place. What’s not to like. Fantastic

We have bought 6 pieces recently from The Futon Company. I have had excellent service from all the staff I have dealt with.
The quality of the wooden furniture we have bought is excellent, & so hard to find these days.

Only second time shopping here first in shopped in the solihull shop, second on line and both experiences really good.
Well made items of furniture and like the choice.
