The product was exactly as described. The quality was really good and assembly instructions were clear. Excellent , knowledgeable and friendly service at the Bristol shop. Lovely two seater sofa which easily converts into single bed. Very comfortable!

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.
