Online ordering was easy and the products are great quality and stylish. All the items were perfect for what I needed.
I chose to collect rather than deliver as I thought the delivery prices were incredibly high for the items that I was ordering.

I ordered 3 trays and the Bordeaux Folding oval table and four folding oak chairs through Antonio at the Tottenham Court Road branch. His advice was superb. I bought a sofa bed and suratto chest of drawers. I had issues with the build of the drawers and raised this with the Norwich shop. They arranged for someone to come and resolve the problems I was having. Excellent customer service.

Bought a few smaller items, wooden hooks, tall mirror and mirrored cabinet. The quality so far seems excellent. I haven’t put up the tall mirror yet but everything else has proven to be very well made.

Ordered from the shop, quick and easy. Delivery was prompt and goods were well protected and arrived undamaged. Delivery was £12.50. Very reasonable.

I bought a dining table and chairs from the Futon Company and was very impressed so I went back to them for bedside tables and a ladder shelf. Really sturdy and look great. Took a few hours to put all three together but no drama. Would recommend

Bed side table came with missing parts. Contact with customer service was excellent very swift to respond Cambridge store have been great with taking over. Part have been sent out swiftly. Great service. Very happy with the with the product and my experience with customer service and the store.
