Cannot fault this Company. Very efficient, delivery within a few days. Kept up to date with time etc. The product we ordered is very high quality, we were so impressed we ordered two more. (Sleepover single futon fold up bed). Very competitively priced too. We can highly recommend.

From ordering through to assembly the experience was good. We collected a double sofa bed from the Plymouth store. The person managing the store helped us load the 40kg box into our camper. We took delivery of the Rondo Single Seater sofa bed this week- a beautifully made piece of furniture but struggled to put it together- a combination of us not being very practical and instructions that were not very clear. In desperation we ‘phoned the Norwich store and spoke to Patricia and Archie....

Great customer service at the Sheffield store and online, delivery communication also very good. The bed is really nice and looks fab in the space. We added the long bolster, which looks great, but bought in store so we could see the colours better.

Ordered online for pick up at Leeds store. Very easy to park in front of the shop for 20 mins pick up. Helpful staff carried purchase to car. Easy assembly of unit. Delighted with unit.Thank you

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.
