First time using the company and very impressed. Purchased a roll up futon mattress for my grandsons when they come to have a sleepover. The design is brilliant as it rolls up for easy storage and has a carry handle. It's also very comfy. The item arrived very quickly too.

I ordered it quite late one evening and it arrived the next day. Fabulous service, the driver even helped me up the stairs with it. I had a futon from you previously and was worried that a new one would be too much of a change. How wrong I was, I’ve slept like a child ever since it arrived.

Absolutely great. Thrilled to bits as I have been looking for another plant manger to match the one bought years ago. It was no dearer than my first purchase and delivery free and next day.

Bamboo dining table and chairs are of excellent quality.
Delivered safely by the Courier of an overnight delivery service. This is the fourth purchase recently from the Futon Company in the last few months. Always good quality furniture and always a good delivery service, Thankyou

Our furniture is wonderful, but the delivery company here awful.
They delivered at the wrong time, the box was wrecked, the shelving damaged and the driver was very rude.
It will not put us off ordering fabulous furniture from the Futon Company, but another delivery firm would be a good idea.

Beautiful piece of furniture. Well made and solid oak. Delivered when said and to room requested. No difficulties assembling. Very comfortable as sofa and bed. Happy customer. Sofa not in sale but worth it as will last for years. Would recommend.

I purchased a Drift daybed in January 2026.
I am very pleased with the quality of the product & the delivery was prompt & efficient.
I will definitely consider purchasing from the Futon Company again.
