The item I bought came as flat pack which was not what I expected so when I contacted the shop the manager was most helpful and offered to come to my house and put it together for me. He arrived the next evening and kindly sorted everything out very quickly. Would recommend the futon shop to everyone.

Rosie in the Guildford store is brilliant. I first bought a table and chairs from her last year and have returned to the branch to buy other items many times since. The service is always excellent, all the staff very knowledgable and the products are really good value for money.

The futon shop was small but well laid out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Information, delivery change of fabric and extras all explained clearly and honestly. Riikka was very helpful.and informative in the East Sheen store and instilled confidence in the Trundle bed and futon sets we bought. Follow up process was smooth and quick, and the two man delivery team were also exceptionally efficient.
