Best decision we made for a mattress. The support was right for us. We needed orthopedic support and have tried a few that did not live up to the promise. After using the futon mattress, the shoulder pain went away immediately and have not returned yet.

Great delivery: on time and efficient. The bed itself is beautiful solid wood and outstanding quality. It was very easy to assemble with two people. My daughter is over the moon.

We purchased a 3seater OKE futon with the top futon mattress , it’s an amazing piece of furniture - solid, beautiful and very very comfortable as a sofa (not tried as a bed but I am 100% sure it would be luxurious and comfortable ) we would 100% recommend . The futon shop staff in Exeter were amazing, very helpful and delivered excellent customer service and support when I bought my bed. In fact every time I go in always the same high quality service when browsing or buying!

I always go to the Oxford store because the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, with all the sofa and bed combo’s it can get quite confusing and they make it much simpler.

I am happy of the quality of the double Futon bed, and managed to assemble it on my own.
Delivery was on schedule. The driver and assistant kindly carried the bed components to a first floor room. They were polite and helpful.
Very pleased with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Love the Ringwood store, easy parking to collect a ‘bed in a bag’ for my grandson. Sarah and Alex are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything is reasonably priced and the quality is excellent. Loads of clever storage ideas, side tables, futons etc. We’ve had our 3 seater oak...

The two delivery assistants were very helpful and worked well as a team. They had good manners.
If I order from Futon Company in the future I hope the staff will be as good as these two(!)
