I bought the Cosy - 3 - Seater Sofa Bed Rubberwood (Soft Top) in the sale. It is principally to be used as a bed in my spare bedroom for when my adult kids visit. Great delivery. Great furniture. A bit tricky to put together. Needed 100% attention and tools not included in the packet. Instructions not as clear as those from Ikea. But products once assembled are sturdy and beautiful.

Items brought were generally good quality. Where there was a slight fault with one item. The store staff were responsive and helpful to resolve the issue.

After reading several negative comments regarding delivery and customer service, I was slightly hesitant ordering.. I had absolutely no need to worry, as delivered was as expected, within five day's of placing order, and customer service was spot on.
