Staff in Leeds shop extremely helpful. Definitely people people. Quality of items good. Delivery was good. The process was easy. The delivery person also gave good service. Assembling the items was also easy with very clear instructions and all parts labelled clearly.

We needed the futon within 10 days and we're assured this would be ok when placing the order. Sure enough, turned up within 7 days. Very pleased with the futon and the service.

Excellent in store & over the phone service by professional and courteous staff. The day bed arrived on schedule, well packaged and all parts enclosed. I was able to put it up myself in 20 minutes. Looks lovely in the room.

From the very start I was impressed with the friendly and informative sale. I requested a home delivery, no problems what so ever, contact made and delivery spot on. Items were packed really well, and arrived in perfect condition. Items ordered were of a high standard of materials and craftsmanship....

Great customer service and delivery.
Like the design, material as well the practical side: the table does not occupy lot of space, but can be extended to 170cm and accommodate up to eight people. Not heavy to move around.
