We went to the shop today with an intention to buy a sofa bed. Joe their member of staff was excellent in explaining and demonstrating the sofa bed we liked. Great furniture and reasonable prices. Helpful to be able to go into their shop in Norwich to view some items before purchasing.
Coul be improved by agreeing a date and time slot with delivery company they use.

Staff at the Bristol store are so helpful and friendly, both on the phone and in person. The pieces we bought are beautifully designed and well made. I’ve always wanted to purchase from this company, but couldn’t decide on what to buy, as there are so many quality items! The items that I received quickly, were easy to build and fit where I need it. The most important thing for me is that the table and open wardrobe can be easily stored away.

We visited the Finchley road branch on Saturday. Jermaine looked after us for over one hour so we could try the sofa beds first hand and make a well-informed choice. Shopped again recently in Futon shop on Lothian Rd. Edinburgh. Anna was very helpful and courteous. Ordered 6 coloured coffee glasses ( 3 glasses in two different colours ) Not in stock in store but delivered to home quite soon after purchase. Well packed and no damage.
