Great furniture and reasonable prices. Helpful to be able to go into their shop in Norwich to view some items before purchasing.
Coul be improved by agreeing a date and time slot with delivery company they use.

Website advises order will take 3-5 days. Once purchased, advised it will be almost a month before delivery. It is for a birthday.
I have rung their contact number 4 times without anyone picking up, and had no responses to emails yet.
Update: They have now made contact and agreed to send out several...

Great service in the shop in York. Excellent delivery time with good communication throughout regarding times and delivery date.
