Great delivery. Great furniture. A bit tricky to put together. Needed 100% attention and tools not included in the packet. Instructions not as clear as those from Ikea. But products once assembled are sturdy and beautiful.

After reading several negative comments regarding delivery and customer service, I was slightly hesitant ordering.. I had absolutely no need to worry, as delivered was as expected, within five day's of placing order, and customer service was spot on.

We love our futon bed which is sturdy and strong. The elm finish looks beautiful.

I love visiting the Futon Company's Tottenham Court Rd store on my lunch break so I was happy to find that ordering with them online was also a positive experience. Items arrived when they're supposed to, items were lovely and of good quality. Thanks!

Love the designs and perfect quality! Always wait for a clearance sale to get fair prices (otherwise its an expensive brand). You can purchase at stores and ask to ship home - which is awesome bc you get to try the furniture before buying (and help the local stores to stay in business).

Really love my table I ordered.
Sadly I don't think they stock the product anymore.
Easy to assemble. Delivered promptly. As described. Should last a lifetime.
