Cannot fault this Company. Very efficient, delivery within a few days. Kept up to date with time etc. The product we ordered is very high quality, we were so impressed we ordered two more. (Sleepover single futon fold up bed). Very competitively priced too. We can highly recommend.

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

We bought a stool. We found we no longer have the ability to assemble flat-packs. We learned from the website that Futon now offer assembly. We arranged a taxi to take the pack to the York shop. The manager was standing outside to swap it with an assembled stool !

I bought a Oak Bordeaux folding table. The wood was very good. Also, I think the instructions should have been more detailed because I was a little confused when setting up the table.

They sell nice products, many practical staff for the house. Nothing pretentious but well designed and well made Nice wood made small and large products, and more.

Great set of "leaning" shelves. Fits perfectly in bathroom with mix of wooden frame and white shelves. Easy to build - 10 minutes or so and solid. Recommended. Probably my fifth or sixth piece of Futon Company furniture, won't be my last.

I discovered Futon about a year ago and since then we have bought a few different things: a bar table for our kitchen, a shoe rack and a basket. Everything still looks great and we had no issues with deliveries or our experience in their shops (Tottenham Court Road and Finchley Road). We plan to go back...

I have been recently buying furniture from the Futon store, East Sheen. They have great choices of products and they offer good discounts when on sale.
The staff are amazing. Every time I have visited the store, I have been greeted and asked if I needed any guidance.
