Buying and collection worked well. The three leg side table was value at £25 but needed the legs to be rubbed down and revarnished. At full price the side table would have been returned.

The girls at the Plymouth branch are really helpful and friendly. The table, bookshelves and futon we have purchased over the past two years are very good quality and very reasonably priced. Very impressed overall.

We were served by Santiago who was very helpful and gave us good guidance when we were choosing our shelves.
The shelves were easy to assemble and we are pleased with the look they have created.

Our cabinet arrived in shop on the correct date and was ready for collection. Assembly instructions were clear and although it took a good couple of hours to assemble, we now have a lovely cabinet. Very pleased with it.

Absolutely chuffed with this purchase from Futon Company. The build was refreshingly straightforward, no nonsense instructions, everything lined up properly, and it came together without any swearing (which is rare for flat-pack anything).
