The shop in Norwich is lovely and when looking at the window display you get drawn in like a magnet. Really friendly shop assistants and generally very welcoming. There are so many nice things for the home at very competitive prices. I highly recommend as I keep going back.

Have the sofa bed set up for about 1.5 weeks now, so far I'm happy. Quality is good so far, real wood.
Only when I assembled it by myself, I found it a bit hard, I was about to give up cos the fishbones were so difficult to put together. Then I tried again and did it! Instruction pictures were not toooo...

Very helpful both in the Bristol store and also ordering online. Great customer service too as one small item was damaged and it was really quick and easy to call up and get a replacement sent. Love the products, and am very happy with the look and quality of everything I bought.

Staff at the Plymouth Futon Shop couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to choose the Futon that was right for me. Delivery was also straightforward - I was able to change the date by simply sending a text and my Futon arrived next day! I have to say, I would have liked the assembly instructions...

The purchase online was easy to achieve. When I called to pick up my futon the lady at the store was extremely helpful and she assisted me in loading up my purchase into my vehicle, and gave good advice concerning extra purchases to enhance what I bought. We bought a stool. We found we no longer have the ability to assemble flat-packs. We learned from the website that Futon now offer assembly. We arranged a taxi to take the pack to the York shop. The manager was standing outside to swap it with an assembled stool !

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.

Great product. Finally a sofa bed that's comfy as a sofa and a bed. Build quality seems good so far (1 month in). I have it permanently with one arm down like a day-bed, super comfy to lounge on and decent occasional bed option for guests.
Delivery process has some room for improvement. No option to...
