The products are minimalist and functional, with small details thoughtfully considered. I got a tatami mat for yoga, a shelf for the hallway, a frame for my poster and even a hot water bottle with fleece—but there’s so much more! We took delivery of the Rondo Single Seater sofa bed this week- a beautifully made piece of furniture but struggled to put it together- a combination of us not being very practical and instructions that were not very clear. Great customer service at the Sheffield store and online, delivery communication also very good. The bed is really nice and looks fab in the space. We added the long bolster, which looks great, but bought in store so we could see the colours better.

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.

I was in need of a futon to cover as temporary sofa now and for a guest bed in the future.
