My new furniture was delivered on time and was perfectly packaged. It wasn't too difficult to assemble and is exactly what I needed.
The wood is smooth with a nice grain and fits in perfectly.

It’s not about the issues I had with my 3rd order but how supportive and resolvable were Futon Team actions. And they were amazing fixing errors by their delivery supplier. The staff I first encountered down in Brighton were very efficient and gave me the right advice about changing my futon for a lighter one. I then dealt with your Manchester office and spoke to James who helped me with my order. Delivery was scheduled on time and I'm very pleased with the product.

We love the sofa, it was fun putting it together. Good simple clear instructions which were definitely helped by the staff member running through the instructions in store. He highlighted the potential mistakes that may have happened!
