We bought 2 tables from the Leeds shop and took 1 back to the Edgbaston shop. The staff at both were very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again or to recommend them to others - 5* service ????

Had a problem with Futon, popped into store, sent some Photos replacement authorised very quickly.
Replacement arrived within a few days.
The team at York were brilliant as they always are.

Ordered online. Informed of delivery time, phoned when on way. Helpful delivery staff brought heavy furniture in.
Oak flat pack was well made and strong. Better than other companies flat packs that we have bought in past.
Easy to assemble.
Looks nice in hallway. Would buy from there again.

Great service. The staff in Preston Street in Brighton were great ane a real help. Kept me informed of my order and very helpful on the day of pick up from the shop. The product was easy to build and i was really impressed with the quality of materials used and workmanship. Highly recommend.

I have spent god knows how much with the Futon Company over the years. Their items are stylish, sturdy, and of good quality and value. Our entire home is mostly futon company now, with our desks, bedroom furniture, and living room all being from there. Everything they sell goes well together so its easy...

I shopped in store and was advised extremely well by a very gracious member of the team.
My first night on my new futon mattress left me with a bit of a face ache in the morning because I had been smiling in my sleep. It's preposterously comfortable.
