Love this brand. Consistently good quality across the board and at good prices. Recently had a really good experience at the York shop with Hayley. I was interested in the options for an occasional bed in the smallest of two bedrooms in my house. Jodie in the Norwich store was particularly helpful with her knowledge and interest. I ordered online and I know I will be back for more ideas given the fact I live in a modern compact house.

Bed side table came with missing parts. Contact with customer service was excellent very swift to respond Cambridge store have been great with taking over. Part have been sent out swiftly. Great service. Very happy with the with the product and my experience with customer service and the store.

Easy to order instore, and collected after email confirming item was at the store. Bought to go alongside existing short folio shelving. I do like having the store in town for browsing and always find the staff there to be most helpful.
