The futon shop was small but well laid out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Information, delivery change of fabric and extras all explained clearly and honestly. Really helpful staff who took a lot of trouble to go down stairs and find a sample to show me
I was able to make a decision as a direct result of his help and was not what I expected to be choosing when I entered the shop.
Visiting the shop is so much better than ordering directly on line!
