Very good product that seems strong and comfortable. It was pretty easy to construct, too. Everything arrived on time as expected, and communication from the company was good. Most of all, though, the product (a single futon chair), is nicely designed and comfortable.

The Lofa Sofa futon was delivered very fast and with care. The item is exactly as described, made of very good materials and super practical. Staff in the shop in Ringwood were extremely helpful. Ordered nest of tables sent direct to home. Good delivery price. Well packaged. Regular delivery updates.

Riikka was very helpful.and informative in the East Sheen store and instilled confidence in the Trundle bed and futon sets we bought. Follow up process was smooth and quick, and the two man delivery team were also exceptionally efficient.

Easy to order. Staff were helpful when picking up item (large box) in the town centre so not always easy to park. Item itself was easy to assemble and looks good so far.
