Small household item ordered from Exeter store for London branch due to no in stock in their store at the time. Ordered efficiently with great customer focus and a picked up in London no problem. From the very start I was impressed with the friendly and informative sale. I requested a home delivery, no problems what so ever, contact made and delivery spot on. I visited the store in Plymouth to browse your furniture. The staff were helpful when I asked a question and gave me space to look around on my own. I ordered a piece of furniture and collected it from the store later. I am very pleased with the design and quality of the product.
