Rosie in the Guildford store is brilliant. I first bought a table and chairs from her last year and have returned to the branch to buy other items many times since. The service is always excellent, all the staff very knowledgable and the products are really good value for money.

The futon shop was small but well laid out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Information, delivery change of fabric and extras all explained clearly and honestly. Futon has become my favourite furniture store. Items are lovely and designed for small spaces and the staff are the Chiswick brand is friendly and very helpful.

Easy to order. Staff were helpful when picking up item (large box) in the town centre so not always easy to park. Item itself was easy to assemble and looks good so far.
