Humans answer the phone.no musak. Once the phone was not answered but it was end of day and they got back to me with an email within hours (IE out of hours technically)offering to hear more about (a delivery potential snafu mostly me not understanding terms like dispatch etc). Very good product that seems strong and comfortable. It was pretty easy to construct, too. Everything arrived on time as expected, and communication from the company was good. Most of all, though, the product (a single futon chair), is nicely designed and comfortable.

Beautifully made piece of furniture in solid oak at a reasonable price. Easy to order online. Hassle-free inexpensive delivery. Relatively simple to assemble. Would highly recommend The Futon Company.

Muswell Hill branch - very efficient and friendly. I needed new covers for my sofa bed and was able to ring up and order, and they arrived a few days later as promised. The covers have completely transformed the sofa and I’m very pleased. Thank you

Went into the store jn Oxford and was served by a very charming store manager . She was patient and friendly explained the different models and fabrics and options.
We ordered online as we couldn’t go back to the store. The range and variety available is great and the furniture is top quality !

No issues through out. The bed was easy to put together and very comfy.
The shop assistant who served me in the Bristol store was outstanding. Helpful with a lovely friendly manner.

The website was easy to use, delivery was quick and efficient and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. The furniture is well made and looks great.

Love the product we bought. The person at the shop was really helpful and made sure we were able to fit everything in and confirmed we had everything. Wasn't too hard to put together. I did it on my own, probably would have been quicker with someone else.
