The website is easy to use . More importantly the quality of the product is excellent. The packaging is very good with no damage to the sofa bed at all . We ordered a Futon 5 shelf ladder stand after seeing our daughter’s. It is well made and finished and puts together easily. All the tools needed are included. It did take a while to arrive but we were told that on the online order form so we can’t mark it down for that - in fact it arrived before...

We have guest staying over who frequently have laptops with them. Our guest room is too small to contain an ordinary desk, so the drop-leaf console has turned out to be an excellent solution. I’m delighted with it.
