We went to the Sheffield branch so we could try the sofas before purchasing. Vivienne was very helpful and informed us if all the information we needed. We went home and made our order. We visited the Finchley road branch on Saturday. Jermaine looked after us for over one hour so we could try the sofa beds first hand and make a well-informed choice. Table arrived, delivery great. Only noticed scratch on table top post-assembly. Company really helpful - arranged replacement table top straight away. Really responsive and great customer service. Product looks spot on! Very happy.
