Initially a small piece of wood arrived broken. Having phoned the company when we unpacked our purchase they responded immediately. A replacement arrived within 2 days…. Amazing & customer service so helpful.

Went into the store jn Oxford and was served by a very charming store manager . She was patient and friendly explained the different models and fabrics and options.
We ordered online as we couldn’t go back to the store. The range and variety available is great and the furniture is top quality !

Needee a futon mattress and headed to Futon Comoany in Edinburgh and it was very easy to make a choice among the 3 available. Online ordering was easy and the products are great quality and stylish. All the items were perfect for what I needed.
I chose to collect rather than deliver as I thought the delivery prices were incredibly high for the items that I was ordering.

The size and style is great for small spaces.
As everyone in the future will have to live in tiny rooms due to the housing market being made unaffordable due to landlords and the asset class treating housing as a "passive income" we will all need small yet high quality furniture...

Good price on demonstrator item in shop which was in good condition and had top spec mattress . Staff were very helpful, pleasant and kept us fully informed.
